Just finished this 148lt slalom board based on Mr Love's ML112 design, dimensions are 236cm x 86cm and comes in at 8.1kg.

Stuart has a home built NC machine and makes really nice boards. He has done a couple for me now and I am very happy with them. The board that he based this design on is a 70cm x112 ltr slalom, it is a ball tearer, I couldn't be happier. I have had it close to 40knots at SP with a 37cm Slalom fin in it.
You can see it in action on Colins awesome Sandy Point Vid.
.

I made a mistake in the CAD file I didn't pick up and the nose came out a bit thick but apart from that I do not know what I would change if I designed another one, it works just great.

Give him a yell if you are thinking about a custom and if you need some design assistance Stuart knows his stuf or I am also happy to help out with design and CAD file.

Thanks for that Martin, but the design is all yours. I have been shaping & making boards for over 25 years under various names. Now i'am just a small backyard setup with all the toys, the best being 4.5m cnc machine. Just love making boards

they also come in red

Is there a problem with the link as I get an error 404.

When the fin, mast track boxes are in do you glass over them and then cut out openings or do you set the boxes proud of the foam blank and glass up to them ?

I checked out these boards and chatted to Stuart last Sunday. The boards look very good. A contemporary design, well made, quite light and well finished. A great aspect is getting custom fittings like GoPro mounts or the finbox of choice being installed.
