Unfortunately I had a failure with an electronic item purchased from Board Crazy in Brisbane. Being over here on West Coast, I didn't think my chances of support would be that great.
However, Simon, backed his shop to the hilt and honored the warranty on the item. Not only that, he returned my "NEW" item as a replacement within 4 working days.
Board Crazy have set the bench mark, lets see some of the other outlets match his commitment
Brisy windsurfers, he has to be "THE SHOP" to purchase your gear from, no one comes close I reckon.
