What is the best harness?

Not being a smartarse

But

It's the one that fits you best!

Try on a lot (including "kite" harness's) and hang from something for 5 to 10 mins

uuuummmm that's a tuffy but Naish make great harnesses ..Dakine is also good .

Totally agree. Some just fit a particular body shape better than others.

I really like the Flying Objects Moreno . They are super comfy, light weight and best of all don't ride up.
