I had a warranty issue with a Aqua pac Pro, sent email asking for warranty support, Kevin replied same day asking me to drop by office with Aqua pac, and they would support my claim if warranted.
Called by today, they looked at it, no questions asked, and replaced item on the spot. I purchased originally from Queensland.
Good to see a supplier backs his product without a fuss.

Just bought one .Good to see no warranty issues.,not that I expect any anyway.It looks well built/engineered.
