First rigging of my 2016 Simmer Style VMax 2016. Rigged it with a RDM although the recommended mast is a SDM I noticed on the Simmer website they are sailing the Vmax with a RDM. It seems to have rigged nicely with the RDM and certainly made the insertion and removal of the mast from the luff easier The narrowness of the luff would make a SDM a tight fit. Will see how it sails if it sails well it will save me having to get a new 430 SDM. The sail looks really good to me just need some wind to take it for a blast.
