Getting 16-22 knots ESE here at Manly Harbour. Hovering around 19 knots, max gust 27.9 (since I turned on the windmeter an hour ago. Looking good. whos up for it ?

Leaving at Sheldon Wello would be closer and generally better wind there in a SE as well. Its the opposite in a NE wind though.

i would have though sheldon is closest to victoria point. probably only 15-20min drive. depends where in sheldon.

anyways, went out this morning. probably the poorest sail choice in history. looked windy, rigged the 5.3 only to find not really that powerfull. should have taken the 5.8 and maybe even the 6.4m

Moments of madness at Currumbin, followed by multiple triathlon experiences.
Oh well, at least I didn't need to be rescued by the clubbies.
Agonising over whether to go to CQ for some serious wind tomorrow.

Manly was fantastic ! 6m and 100 L 12 till 2. Then 7m and slalom board from 230 to 430.(including a 20 minute squall where a 5m would have been the go.

seems to be better earlier so might go earlier tomorrow. 1030ish ???

hey Jo you must have the hang of that new gear ! Jibes looking very smooth !
