It was a good day Good seeing you again Kev. The low tide was extreme, don't think I can remember ever seeing it that low.
I was a bit rusty as I think only got 2 sails in over the whole of winter, looking forward to spring

Yer looked at the tide 0.2 thought bugger that.
looked like it dropped off after 3 anyway

Extreme low tide at Wello

It was great (apart from hitting something big in the murky water) until about 3:30 then slowly got less and less and more and more holes. Too far to walk to change up

Had a good sail yesterday in 15-20 knots at Montes Resort. (Between Airlie Beach and Bowen.) Sandy beach, crystal clear water and warm.

I reckon somewhere around here. I only damaged my pride and got a bit of a headache. I think it must have been something soft as my fin was still attached.

I did see was seemed to be a metal pole sticking up out of the mud a bit further in, I was going to get it on the way back but I couldn't find it.
