I can post on Buy and Sell; a 140l F2 (and throw in a fin, and sail - 5m, and mast (single that goes with 5m) and a boom) for $850 (neg). You will just need a base and uni. I can organise a mast extension as mast is cut and I have extension that fits perfectly. I can advise on base and uni - given the extension. Look ....the 140l is not a true modern beginners board as does not have a soft deck and no dagger board. However it is long and relatively wide (69cm ish). It is tough and has a nose protector. It will go from beginner to intermediate without someone needing the transition. I have done 20knots without even trying in bay chop and it points well. It is capable of way more. I bought it from SSCS in Caloundra. I will give you first dibs given your request - if that is allowed.
