At cotton tree for school hols. Have 10'8" jp allrounder sup 2.5 ezzy kids,4.5 n 5.8 wave sails.
3 days for me and 2 days for kids so far. 4.5 in 10 to 15 se out on main surf beach. No real surf just mushy stuff under powered. 2 days of 15 - 25
Nthly 1 incoming tide 1 outgoing with 5.8 head high swell outback breaking onto bar and reforming into inconsistant mushy stuff. No probs getting out even when breaking onto front of sup. Nice swell riding out back and a bit of fun comming back in over bar. Bigger swell on incoming tide. Hugging in close to pincushion in and out to avoid the 30 plus kites n few jetskis. 25 to 30 predicted tomorrow but I think my shoulder poped nearly out then back in today when I was flipping sail in impact zone so probably out of action for the rest of hols.
good for kids. One of em was nearly planning on the sup in the same winds with the 2.5 in the river at top of tide but gusty because broken up by sandbars/beach.
