did anyone sail golden beach on saturday just gone?

i went out at the bar and it was very light. 5 knots max so my session was brief. there was one squall that came through with wind but that was about it.

wondering what it was like around at golden beach.

My son was out for about and hour around lunchtime doing freestyle on a 5.0. Only 5knt also then 10 minutes of planning runs and some great chop hops in the squalls! Think Moz was out later on 7.8 and had a few runs Friday was much better

Late Saturday was definately worth it.4.30pm til dark. 9.5 n 150 fanging around as usual. Rigged up in almost deadcalm though. Saw a squall on the horizon. Waited about for the front to arrive. Then got into it.15kt max.
Generally its been very average lately. Wait 3-4 hours for only an hour of fun.

On the formula. Did some runs. Very light. Just some practise in light winds, days like that is why i bought the formula. Sunday afternoon was better
