Where best for a SE and NE

flat water or waves?

NE you can sail off pippi beach for waves, and in the river at whiting beach for flat water.

In a SE breeze you can sail again in the river, probably launch from peninsula park for flatish water. You can sail pippi beach as well for some jumping, but its usually mega onshore, and not much fun if there is swell around as its hard to get off the beach. I've been thinking that maybe heading down to brooms head would be better in a SEer.

Otherwise if you are keen for a bit of a drive flat rock in Ballina is usually awesome for waves in a SE'er
