I need to get my head in the right space. I decided to change sails at the last minute and spent the first few mins of the freerace chugging up wind, didn't have a watch and went back early thinking the hour was up as I couldn't see anyone else and was also sailing around enjoying myself most of the time forgetting we were racing

Yes Clive if we can get you a little more organised pre race you'll go real well. Your boat speed and gybes were good. Have u got enough booms/masts to have 2 sails rigged pre race? That would help.
