I'm stacking all my important paper work near an open window

Putting all the neighbours dogs on their leads

That is such a shame- I had one of the best sails today I have had all season- at 12:45 the wind was questionable- by 1:00pm it was fantastic out on the broadwater. Still plenty of good sailing left in this season.
