but The Train will go.
We saw yesterday multiple workers at the site taking tons sea grass for reclamation project here.
Hopefully we still have Shearwater until somebody come with idea of high rise development on Crab Island.

They still intend to concrete the whole place, just blew a smokescreen of where the imaginary ships will be moored!
