1:15pm 23 knots

Aaaah, got stuck on a job !!! It's now 2:10pm and it's blowing 20 knots SE max gust 27 knots. On my waaaayyyy..

Sailed VP this arvo, arrived with my large sails from my obs from home but took a 5.3 as a last thought. Wow - what a surprise, was 20-25kts. Had a great sail (with the 5.3) until I hit something really large. Busted fin and badly bruised/strained?? leg/ankle. Recovering at home with some ice...

That was fun, apart from the big soft thing I hit. As Jo said "must have been a Dugong"

Hope you get better soon Greg, Hoping to get down there when I get back from Melbourne for a sail. Should be about 3-4 of us heading down to try VP.

Great 5 Meter arvo ! Very hard to stop when it's that good !
