There was alot of jelly fish a 74l board might not have been the best choice for such a up and down day but it did go ok with the 7.8 . thanks clive for checking on me , richie for driving me back and jo for the stingoes .

You were pretty unlucky Simon. The wind got better after you got out of the water.

Using a sinker on a gusty day when the sea if full of jellyfish probably isn't the best idea you have had

Had a cracker arvo at VP. Used my new (2nd hand) 90L Exocet Warp and 5.3 and 30cm fin. Must have been the right combination at last! Only disappointment was when I took the board out of the car to find a 4x4cm dent/hole on the top near the mast base. Can't remember any big stacks, its got me puzzled and pis-ed off......
But my mate Keith cheered me and the mrs up tonight, just got home from the Entertainment Centre, it was a good night!!

Thanks for a great birthday sail guys.
I got on the plane on my 111L with 7.0m sail plus pulled off a few jibes so I'm happy.
I could have been at work after all
