I hope I am wrong, but it looks like the train is out of action until May with the comm games. I thought it was just closed for the Triathlon this weekend but the sign does not look good. Even if you could find parking, you have to contend with a very BIG fence.

Looks like access to the beach from water is still possible. even tap and shower.So the only option is to sail from Marine Parade ( KFC)
