Thanks to everyone involved in helping me yesterday at wello. After some morphine and codine and some other injection I managed to get home from the hospital. Nothing broken but still in a world of hurt (would hate to think what the pain would be like if something was broken).

Yeah, Big catapult and got the harness bar or mast in the ribs, just lucky I was only in waist deep water and others were there to help as I wouldn't have been able to get back by myself.

Hi Brad, yes ribs hurt and take ages to heal every time you lift you elbow past the nipple area ouch, i hit a sand bar a few years ago, boom hit the sand and i hit the boom, had a special corset made to help a little. Mate they cannot do a lot even if broken but i think they like to know its not pushed broken bone into the organs. Get well soon September can be a very good month.
