There is a race at the lake this Sunday. The wind i going to be good, and it might be a great chance to get some really good distances on the GPS. I will be going early.....anyone interested????

yep, it's been a while.

I would like to go up there but I will have to see how my foot is healing. Also have 6 stitches in my shoulder that are not due to come out until thurs so not sure if I will be able to do any windsurfing

What have you done to your shoulder...all ok I hope

Shoulders ok, just had a BCC removed and two deep internal sutures and 6 external right in the middle of my left shoulder.

Finished my antibiotics after my foot became badly infected from that crash I had at Golden Beach on 30/12. You know the one where I went straight over the front scraping all the skin off on the way.
Very horrible big scab has now appeared right where the footstrap would go
