oh I wasn't really making a movie, was just recording some gybing and tacking practise. Trying to carry more speed through the gybe exits and tack a bit more consistently in the chop.

Pity. I had a spectacular stack while jibing in the shallow chop near the rockwall that would have made a funniest home video reel...

I had a look through the footage and I think I got that on tape, thou pretty distant.

And I checked out how many tacks and gybes I did, rough calculation I did 120+ of each in the 3 hour session. I think I only fluffed 2 gybes, and planed out of the majority of them, still working on the tacks, but pretty good, the ones in the chop still need some work, in the flat water they are easy thou :D.

Good wind for that kinda practise, hopefully I can get out for another run tomorrow, time to try and get those vulcans again.

Was wind anygood this afternoon? I think Sunday was still the pick for me, yesterday was gusty in comparison.

It was a top session at Manly this arvo. Sailed from about one till four on a 5m. Bump and jump stuff. Some good waves out the back on the 2nd bank. It was a bit gusty with a few holes but mostly good.
