Yup its shallow high risk cash grab with very little supporting feasibility research.

Not sure there is much point in boat ramp development at the train as there wont be any fish and i cant see the average weekend warrior going out the seaway. Maybe it will be for the next GCC development V8 Supercar equivalent "Thunder on the Broadwater" - JetSki Wave Break to Ephraim Island race (30 laps) ... pppft

I grew up on the coast at Breaker St, Main Beach. Now a highrise where our home used to be.
Show my kids where I used to live and they all just laugh!! I nearly cry....
