The RQYS Sail Brisbane regatta is on from Wed 6th to Sunday 9th July 2017 and Raceboards are invited again this year.

Last year there were 15 entries in the Raceboard fleet with some great racing and excellent race organisation as usual from the RQYS race crew.

Is there a 7.8m division or only open?
Will techno's be competing?

I don't expect to many techno's at Sail Brisbane, they have a 3 day camp then a 5 day Regatta with the Mid Winter Youth Championship that finishes two days before Sail Brisbane starts. I think they will be worn out by the time Sail Brisbane is on.

Not sure on a 7.8 division either, would depend on entries, if there were enough RQ would accommodate it

Sail Brisbane finished up today, with Harry Walker taking the honours in the RS:X class, and Mark Ward finishing first in the Raceboard class.

From all accounts, the light and variable conditions made for close and challenging racing.
