Anyone heard what's happening with the Peel Island wind beacon. Seems to be not functioning more than ever. I use that as an indication for the southern bay area but hard to gauge when no reports. Doesn't look the best today from my backyard....

The wind today at Wello was almost there, sailed a 10m on Formula Board with a short sting in the middle with a Mistral Equipe - as I was barely getting going on the Formula. The Last stint on the Formula was good - head out to about 3/4's of the way to Amity Point. There was a narrow section in the middle where the wind was a bit stronger - still comfortable with the 10 tho..
