Sail any day and wind. Race any day any wind. Courses that you can get your teeth into. Boards that behave totally differently upwind, downwind or reaching and are easy to sail but challenging to master. Mad if you don't.

Having said that, I can't make it this weekend unfortunately. Have to work. Doh.

RQYS also has racing on Saturday. Their first race is 1.00pm.

I intend to do both RQYS on Saturday and Wynnum on Sunday.

For those intending to compete in the nationals, early registration is closing today. If you register after today then it costs an additional $25 for late registration fee.

I'm busy both today and tomorrow. At this rate I won't have stepped on a board for a month by the time we get to Hawk's Nest :(. Great to see the excitement ramping up, though.

Great to see so many raceboards on the bay. I thoroughly enjoyed the three races, especially the creative location of rounding boys. Simon, thanks for organising the races, drinks and sausage sizzle. I look forward to the next one. Next stop - Jimmy's Beach and the raceboard nationals next weekend. Can't wait.
