Appears to be quite windy/gusty in Manly burbs. Any on water reports available? Planning on heading down around 12.30.

looking quite windy here at the airport too. Should be there around 2.30

Sailed this morning on the high tide and it was fun.

I had a nice sail in the morning then went out again in the arvo and ended up swimming back in the rain

Damaged my rotator cuff while racing last saturday so no saiing for me for a while

Hope someone got a decent sail, it looked good up the sunny coast

No good Lee. Mine are both stuffed. Make sure you do the exercises they give you.
