Hello all,

I decided to pick windsurfing up again. I have not been on a board in about 15 years but learned it first as I was in primary school. I hope it comes back quick....
I guess for the moment I have to consider myself a beginner.
I do have an old board and sail, will do for the moment until I decide I need something better/faster.

Anybody keen for a session?

I'm in Highgate Hill, flatwater for the moment until I got my skills back.
Gear, some old slalom board and a 5.5 sail. Lacking a harness atm but want to get on the water a few times before I decide to spent money...

Sven im at Golden Beach Caloundra. Flat water. I have various bits n pieces of kit. Welcome to come sail up here.

Sven Manly/RQ & Wellington Point both have sailors any day wind is over 12 knots (just depends on what time you sail). All of the people that sail either of these spots is friendly, will welcome you if you introduce yourself & offer advice if you ask. If you hang off to side on your own people think you want to sail on your own & leave you be. So turn up on any day with wind & you'll have plenty of sailing buddies.

Depending on the weather, I plan on going tomorrow.

We'll be at Sandstone Point today if you want somewhere nice and safe to sail and are keen for a small drive. On these neap tides you can touch the sand bottom for kilometres. There'll be enough water after about 11am, see you there if you get keen

Weather looks amazing from Thursday onwards. Got myself a harness too.
