Me and a work mate are interstate during the QLD long weekend. I reckon we'll definitely have the holiday day off.

My Co-worker is a fishing nut. I'm a Windsurfing junkie. No gear packed unfortunately (both of us), but we have a car.

What water sports do people recommend in Brisbane this time of the year ?. Are there any good schools, hire places people recommend ?

Try the shops for hire gear. Bayside sailboad club are longboard course racing at lake cootharaba just north of noosa on Sunday their maybe some loan gear available

Any long weekend must be spent outdoor! With the amount of time people spend indoor nowadays no wonder we are so fragile and worried about the Sun :D Outside, everyone outside! Don't forget your sunscreen and a hat though :P
