G'day all

I'm not new to this forum but just moved back to Qld from overseas and keen to continue (freeride) windsurfing*. In saying that, I'm hoping a few of you will be kind enough to share some local knowledge and tips on the good spots in an around Brisbane or surrounds (preferably the Northside as I live Northwest inner city).

Also, if there are any windsurfing shops and/or clubs with owners/members I could meet up for some local knowledge, that would be helpful too.

I don't mind going out with friends or in a group as I'm used to doing just that where I sailed before.

More than two months now since I last went out and looking forward to getting my feet wet again.

I have started putting together a location guide for north coast regions, not live just yet but soon! Hopefully that will give you some information on some great spots to windsurf. Your welcome to come and join us at Lake Cootharaba on 7 October there will be loads of windsurfers there and we will also have the JP/NP demo trailer available all day.
