HAlf decent forecast, but big run-in tide at Shearwater.
Any other good ideas or plans on where to go ?

Too far for me. I finish at 2pm, so it needs to be a bit closer. I'll look at Currumbin, but it will be crap. Staright off Casuarina has potential, if only teh forecasts would come true. So far nothing but busts.

i was thinking around 12-12.30..... but could also go early. am inbetween projects so plenty of time tomorrow.

i was hoping i might be able to get someone to take some photos for me also? i hear your a dab hand behind the camera.

Pretty low tide at midday - 11:47am and 0.5m, High tide at 6:40pm & 2.2m, so I was looking at mid arvo, wadayarekon?
If I catch up no probs to take a few photo's.

Nup. I looked at the graph and it was dropping everywhere, so I mentally bailed.
It was a steady 16-18kts here at Casuarina though, but it was too late by the time I got home and had lunch. MIght be worth a look tomorrow though.
Where are you on Saturday ??

I am home alone for a few hours in the morning, and keen to go to Kirra or Currumbin for a cycle, skate, surf or whatever.

yes was pretty windy at cooly but died when i got home
