Had a great month on the water, best in years?

No doubt mate!
Quite a season, lots of early northerlies and now some sustained SEasters. Even a bit of (ex)cyclone swell!

Got nothing to compare this season against seeing as thought i started windsurfing in March but from what everyone is saying it has been a very good year. I would hate to experience a bad year because i still get frustrated when there is no wind or it's marginal and i get to sail heaps.

I think i went 7 weeks last year without a sail due to lack of wind.

Yep, just takes that butterfly effect to mess with the weather patterns and Pow...nothing!
Makes the pilgrimage to Maui all the more worthwhile

Sailed Shearwater for the first time today, that place is great. Big thanks to those i talked to and gave me the inside info on the place.
