Hi there to GB sailors, can anyone tell me the time difference between tides at GB and BOMS Mooloolaba prediction.

I usually just check this website but add about another hour. tides.willyweather.com.au/qld/sunshine-coast/golden-beach.html
I was down there yesterday at 7.30am and tide was still coming in high was supposed to be 7. Went for a swim around 8.30am and tide had dropped but hardly any current and boats only just turning on anchor. Low tide can be out by even more!

Thanks KA72, bringing kids up for sail this arvo, looks like its not running in to a huge tide, they need some flat water, so do I these days

Hey mate how's things. No not us we had a sup and your old mistral with a 3.5 up. I f#kd my hip back in may and only just strong enough to get out now on flat water in virtually no wind. Depending on which ortho doc i choose to believe could be up for hip replacement anytime from 18 months to 5 years Stupid me left mistral centre board at home so kids didn't have as good a go as they could have. We sailed out from the park near the light house. There was another family there as well with bigger gear.

^ Geez mate your in the wars. Ive had a bit of time off the water due to injuries as well. Let me know next time you're up this way.
