If you can get home early enough from work for High tide at 2.15pm, if its a bit far to drive i would try Sandgate, been sailing there alot lately as im working 50mtrs from the rigging areas, like Beachies its very tidal which normally means your in for a bit of a walk but the bump and jump is well worth it. Better in a SE or N-N-E. Head out to the end of shorncliff pier for some big ramps!

From the look on the tides I would say Beachies would have plenty of water from about 1130 onwards which is when I would expect the wind to come in. I sailed Sandgate the other week and couldn't believe how many Jellies there were. Almost as many as kitesurfers . Hopefully there will be less of both a little further north. The drive is not that bad, and it's certainly worth it if the conditions are right.

seriously can't remember a day that good for a long long time. Fully powered on the 4.8 with 83l wave board. Ramps all over the place! Beachmere at its best

My new favorite spot. Best sail ever. Thanks for the invite Doodah you can guarantee i will be back again. I found myself even thinking about going up there again tomorrow on the LONG drive home in bumper to bumper traffic but the forecast doesn't look quite as good and it's so bloody far for me. Spewin. But i will definately do it again soon when the conditions are similar. I had a ball. Can't even describe how good Single Thrusters are. Love it even more now it rips
