Just spent 3 nights at Elanda over the Sept. holidays. Never in 30 years of sailing here have I seen it so packed. At 600 campers it was at half capacity,(due to Covid 19 restrictions) according to management. Couldn't swing a cat and actually had trouble finding a spot to launch from.
2 good afternoon sessions though, in 15kts breeze. For the most part, I was the only windsurfer on the water from Elanda. Gone are the days of Jeffery Point with boards and sails everywhere. Time to relocate to Boreen.

im heading up for a week early new year

i will have to be much more frugal in the amount of gear I take
