Man, I'm aching for long spring/summer afternoons getting in some quality sailing AFTER WORK.

Why do they make the god damn question so difficult to answer in the positive if you live outside the SE and still want DLS. Still voted for it though but I want it up to Rockhampton.

No mate, I want it up to Mackay. Having grown up with DLS, I had soooo many top arvo sessions after school.

Yeah, bag on the bumpkins, but some people actually do stuff in the morning you know.
It's always about the city folk.

We tried DLS in 1989. I loved it. I was living then in Central Queensland. When we had the referendum in 1992. The results of the referendum was very close. There was 3 questions to tick from on the referendum form in think. Which made it very hard for DLS to win. The results ended up about 45% for & 55% against. In your area CQ it was the Cow-cockies who were against it.

Heron Island is on DLS all year round. ( smart people )

The population now in SE Queensland has grown so much that now the Cow-cockies will be out voted in the next referendum. Most of the growing population has come from VIC & NSW. You know what they will vote for. Its only a matter of time now.

Hey Trauma, you still around? haven't seen you for ages!

Shame on me!! Couldn't sail for two months or so; too much work to do. Was back on the water 2 weeks ago with Justin, Sabien and Wim. Man, that was nice. Hope to see you soon!
