In wello, there is a beach next to the entrance. The beach has kid playground stuff. Is it ok to get into water from there as i saw a plate a bit away saying no kitesurfing is allowed. Wonder if its ok to windsurf there.

Yeah it's fine. Apply the usual common sense and stay well away from any swimmers in the water.

Kiters aren't allowed to rig on the grass at Wello, they are only allowed to rig below the high water mark.
