Really really fun and unexpected session at the rivermouth today from 11-2. The south west is perfect cross off and the tide was low making the waves break further out. Only head high waves at their biggest but some great fast waves and some good jumping. It was pretty gusty and that was the only downfall of the day but I was fully powered on 5.0 north hero and 87 quad... And once you are on a wave it doesn't matter if it's gusty anyway, especially when it's true cross off. Wind then died with incoming tide.
