I saw some other plans that suggested dredging, entirely, the area from wave break island south. This would provide an area for sailboat racing.

The dredged sand was going to build up an island to the north of wave break, for building something on. I forget what.

i'm thinking it looks good also. opens up the park that no-one uses and gives better access for the NE winds.
