We're lucky to have Sarah out taking the photos every time! I'd love to take some myself also but much prefer racing :)

Its great to see every how every class and the sport in general benefits from introducing kids into organised racing at the junior level. Whether it was Techno293 or a dinghy class every one of those guys got into racing years ago and love it.

We want more, there is a Junior Squad taking shape at RQ this season, they will be the future slalom racers and foilers and raceboarders and LT sailors so if you have some idle kids on a Sunday morning bring them along.

Bit of trivia...the guy in costume is Eric Thieme, who was first person to race a slalom board on a PBA longboard course which effectively killed longboards for PWA tour.
