Great Agm last night great turn out and lots of energy and some great ideas ,
this is just a brief of what we have planned

Classes Open A - Open B - Rookie.
Separate starts for classes to allow for cleaner winds.
All members to receive new Lycra tops which are in your class color .
Social / clinics to be run on race days when wind is to light to race.
Race days to start earlier when winds are from the south.
Downwind and marathon events to be in calendar

Agreed, it was one of our best AGM's. I think we acknowledged some mistakes we have made in the past and everyone is keen to work together to create a fantastic slalom club.

The Club intends to cater for all levels of slalom sailors, something which we unintentionally moved away from over the past season.

It is important to recognise that real joy of slalom racing for many of us is competing against our own peers. Personally I am looking forward to plenty of on water friendly sledging with the Open B crew. I am still licking my wounds from the hammering I coped at the AGM.

I forgot to table the motion to ban shorts so loud that they make people angry….Blackattack I am looking at you….

Good to have Mark at the helm and Simon running the racing….I am looking forward to his ambiguous briefings again!

what do you mean ambiguous isn't the flag sequence green , red , yellow no wait red yellow green , and is 3 2 1 go or is it 4 2 1 go . Can someone pay for a tattoo on my forehead no but then I would need a mirror to see it and it would be backwards
