Are you seeing what I am seeing on the forecast?

Brownwater or Long Reef?

What are the advantages of each in these conditions?

Brownwater may be full of kites but of course OK to sail there. Longy will have waves with this swell
direction although better if more NE than NNE which may be today but if 15 K + all good.
