With GPS-Results here is a version for each of Mac and Windows. GPSAR-Pro is Java based, so it will run on any operating system that runs Java (Including Mac, Windows and Linux).

RealSpeed has been popular choice for Windows users but has fallen behind in development and is not actively supported by Mal Wright any more. It still works very well for most things and has some very nice features.The latest version RS V2.001 works with 5Hz files.
