can someone explain how i can get a 100m @ 38.07 and a two sec peak at 38.6 ?
dose not make sense to me I'm not good a math but surely my 2 sec would be greater than my 100m ?

It is.
2 sec = 38.60,
100m = 38.07
It's also faster than I've ever been, well done!

or in maths speak....
38 and 6 tenths..... for 2 sec
38 and 7 hundredths.....
Remember the number scale from school...
tens-units-decimal point-tenths-hundedths-thousandths etc.......

38.6 kn is 19.86 m/s.... so in 2 seconds, you did 40m.
40m < 100m, thus shorter distance = higher peak... or longer distance = bigger chance of going slower.
