hi,this might have came up before because i think i might of scaned over it before.but any way the problem is my mates gt-31 has frozen does any one know how to fix this quick.

Hi Izaak,

Either wait a couple of days for the battery to run down, or open it up and unplug the battery. When you plug the battery back in you should be good to go.

got dad to disconnect the battery and then pluged it back in now seems so be working aok
