I have the Mistral Speed 95 (55wide), and I remember chris lockwood saying the board was particularly fin sensitive, he said not to use a fin less than 26cm (I think this refers to standard speed/race fins. So far I have used a custom weed fin designed by Pepe, it is 22cm deep with 48 degree rake, but quite a wide fin with a lot of power, and the board rides fantastic with this, I did 40 knots using it the other day (Using a 6.3m sail).
