I watched lots of surf movies from that era but clearly was missing out not watching windsurfing ones too.
I see why this one rates as a good speed information / instructional movie, because they talk about attitude. At this point in my sailing progress, with pretty fast gear, this movie helps give me an idea on the madness and how to let it go faster

I also loved this video (and many others) back in the late 80's.
I still remember when Pascal Maka broke the outright speed sailing record in 1986 with a speed of 38.86 knots and for some reason, this number has stayed in by head for 40 years now. Slow by today's standards, but amazing back in the 80's.
