Going to Gero for school hols, and someone said, do you remember what waves are? Of course I do, It's when you move your hand up and down as a form of greeting or farewell.

So there must be a whole lot of speed sailing runs up that way huh?

Surely people don't take their speed gear out into the ocean though?

I reckon you could wind up some serious speed on the smooth inside at Corro's and it would be nice and broad with a howling SW'er.

Right on Bender, I'll be taking the new cut down up for sure, (hmm strange grammar there but you know what I mean).
The only problem could be other users, on a square path, will need to keep an eye out for for other sailors on a collision course.

Well I'm glad you did otherwise I'd have too!

Sorry, it was a half arsed attempt at humor.

E plates are a voluntary thing that Elderly drivers display, like P plates and L plates.
Indicates that the driver is Elderly which is why they are taking so long to negotiate a roundabout or back into a parking space, and reminds you to give them a wide berth.

A tongue-in-cheek crack at the greyness of your beard Decrep, mind you I am rapidly catching up

EDIT:
After further research, It seems the E plates are actually meant to be displayed if you are driving on an Extraordinary licence, i.e. one of those permits which lets you drive to work and back etc.
Now I feel bad

Depends what you call speed gear, both my S'Brd' Acid94 and Aero117 have both done well over 40knts.
I was at Corro's last Jan', was able to get a few short fast runs late in the arvo' when it goes a bit offshore and the chop on the inside cleans up a little. Peak speeds were around 34knts on my Aero117, also managed to test ride one of Stone's thruster protos to just over 30knts. Just watch coming off the back of the smaller inside waves.
