OK this is the Go:

The Mandurah Marathon is designed to be a training event for the Ledge to Lancellin Marathon. In future years it will be held 1 or 2 weeks before the LOC. This year bec of Logistics and weather problems it is being held in Feb.

The race is approximately 28kms long, 4 x 7km legs.

Only WWA members are covered by insurance.

WWA will offer $25 membership packages to cover insurance for the day, and I highly recommend that you take this up if not a member. Registration for the Training Event is free!!!!!!! so $25 is a bargain for ins for the day!!!!!!!!

What accidents would the insurance cover?

The need for insurance is obvious for kiters-of-mass-destruction, but I am curious as to how it would be applied to windsurfers?
