Thanks Elmo, yes it works well even in choppy conditions. The reason i step out and forward is because of a disc problem between the shoulder blades, caused by windsurfing over the years. Am just looking after the back. I have found that on windsurfing days when the gybing is going great i can jump the feet to transition, that is place the new front foot forward where the board is about to be. Also, the boots are real grippy and never have slipped off forward. Imagine trying an out of straps gybe with bare feet and slipping, nutting yourself on the mast foot.

Yeah, the camera was shutting down on me at LG. I only got 25min of footage out of 2hrs.
