Here in Mandurah we quite often "rebox" fins, mainly to convert the to "weedies". but I have a feeling you want to use the fin in both boxes?
That may be a lot harder!

Oh yeh...the question

You can rebox a board to take power or tuttlebox, I think chinook make the inserts. To make the fin head into a powerbox is possible but would take a fit bit of dicking around, adding a bit more depth at one end, cutting out other bits and fitting the bolt thread etc.

Tuttle to Power is much simpler no mould required, just build the back and/or front of the head up about 10mm (lengthwise) with Selleys "knead it" or epoxy and glass screw in a couple of ss self tappers first for reinforcement and sand the powerbox taper down one side at the time so you don't lose the original centre, redrill for brass insert etc.

OR
"Select weed eliminator" fins actually have a bolt on head (multifit) either Tuttle or Power box which you can buy localy from any Select dealer for $16-$20
You'd have to grind down your old tuttle head to fit and you just screw on whichever head you want.

OR
and by far the best option (with hindsight) sell your old fin on "Seabreeze" and put the money towards a NEW fin
When your 2k out to sea in a offshore wind you DO wonder
"how good a job did I really do on that fin I converted"?????
