Had some issues with the first fin (23) on the cnc. some tooling marks that were deep enough to interfere with the foil design.

Big thanks to Yoyo for the k2 foil design. A reduced HQ 07 on flxr5 to 6.5% chord.

Have you found some G10/carbon sandwich, or did you add the carbon your self before machining?

No Mike, I laminated 17 layers of carbon on both sides being sure to use the same pressure so the laminate would be exactly 5mm.
The cost of 20mm g11 was prohibitive to say the least, so carbon worked out both cheaper and lighter. The time factor was mine, so I don't see it as an expense.
